Production of castings from Cu-Ni based alloys

This master thesis is focused on melting of Cu-Ni based alloys and production of castings from these alloys. The theoretical part includes introduction of Cu-Ni based alloys and their properties and application. At the end of this part is production foundry technology of Cu-Ni alloys described. In the practical part two proposed melt controls for cupronickel (Cu-Ni) and for monel (Ni-Cu) have been performed. From these melts trial castings, castings of blades and bearings have been produced. The trial casting and the casting of bearing have been produced by using sand moulds and the casting of blade by using ceramic shell. According to internall quality of produced castings the performed melt controls have been evaluated. In addition to the internal quality of the castings, the chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties were evaluated.

I am interested in meat and its value in my bachelor thesis. I focus on meat products and meat waste, which are made in industry manufacturing. Form of this work is making and installation plastic wallpaper from wax castings of animal parts.

Castings from TiAl alloys for the turbochargers

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of intermetallic alloys TiAl. First of all, it is analysed their properties and the way how they change depends on their treatment and influencing of alloying elements. Then ways of utilization in practice are stated here. Attention is concentrated especially on turbochargers wheel and their comparison to convention materials. After that individual options of melting and casting and materials for melting crucibles and moulds associated with them are there discussed. In the end, the thesis has analysed the ways of recycling of residual material.

Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Employees with Benes a Lat a.s.

This thesis is dedicated to analysis of job satisfaction in all races of Beneš a Lát a.s. The aim of this work is the discovery of important factors of job satisfaction and their examination on a statistically significant sample of employees. Prologue of this work is complemented by the establishment of the working hypotheses. Important factors of satisfaction are identified on the basis of the study literature and personal investigation at the place of research. Given the nature of the factors is found assembled interviews and research conducted. According to data obtained is described research sample. Followed by the presentation of the information and interpretation of relevant data. The conclusion deals with the screening of the working hypotheses and design of remedial measures. Work is supplemented by a list of the references and appendices.
